Wages
Our drivers earn as much as $90,000 per year from our standard weekly pay package, and incentive programs.
The standard weekly pay package combines:
- Hourly wage
- Per Diem
- Performance Incentives (based on your miles and stops)
- Detention pay if applicable
- Weekly pay with direct deposit is available
Earning Potential
Drivers who want to be top performers and excel in our incentive programs can earn up to $90,000.
(By the way, this does not include your benefits package, which averages $10,000 per year.)
Paying Street Miles
We believe the miles used for your pay should reflect your real trip miles. Many trucking companies make a big deal about paying “practical miles”. We go a step further and use “Street Miles” or address to address, both empty and loaded, to maximize the miles that are used as part of your pay incentives.
Our drivers are paid weekly via direct deposit.
